Communities Cricket Club

Communities Cricket Club (CCC) was established in 1986 as Luxembourg's second cricket club after Optimists CC, which had been formed 10 years earlier.

CCC plays in the Luxembourg League, under the auspices of the Luxembourg Cricket Federation. Furthermore, the Club, together with the other Luxembourg-based cricket clubs, joins forces to play in the Belgian League, with teams in both the first and second divisions. A well as league matches, friendlies are played against teams from all over Europe.

While cricket, as an outdoor sport, is played in Luxembourg between April and September, indoor practice starts in January. Winter activities also include fitness training. Contrary to the belief of non-participants, cricket is an active sport that requires players to fit.
